custom booths are lot’s of fun
but they’re not for everyone
We talk a lot about custom exhibits here on the blog, but it’s not the only booth option available. Many of our clients aren’t always in the market for a large scale custom display and instead gravitate to more portable displays like pop ups for a versatile and easy to use booth solution.
graphics change from show to show?
If you’re traveling to many different shows throughout the year, chances are your messaging and/or branding may change as well. The beauty of pop up displays is that graphics are extremely quick and easy to switch out.
are you always on the go?
Compared to larger, more complex exhibits, pop up displays can be transported on the road opening up doors for multiple, consecutive shows. More shows mean more potential clients and a higher return on your face-to-face marketing.
if your crew is only you
Trade show displays don’t get much easier than the pop up display. It literally pops up (hence the name) with little to no strong arming. This means if you only have a small team traveling to shows, you won’t have to worry about tools and complicated, lengthy setup and tear down.
or if your space is 2×2
Ok maybe your space isn’t 2’x2′, but if you have a smaller 10’x10′ space a pop up display is more than enough to fill it. If you have strong graphics and branding you likely won’t need much more than a few accessories to finish it off. Plus, many pop up cases can be converted into simple counter accessories.

Portable exhibits like pop up displays are extremely cost effective by being inherently less expensive and reducing labor, shipping, and booth replacement costs in the long run.
